ALS Run for Life 5K Thank you for coming out to support the inaugural ALS Run for Life 5K. We had great weather, rockin’ music, fast runners, smiling children at the Kids’ Run, ALS patients with their families, and generous friends who made it a huge success.
We are grateful to South Forsyth High School for the use of the campus---it provided a great venue. Without our sponsors this race would not have been possible. Volunteers---what can we say---“thank you” seems inadequate. You were great and things ran smoothly because of you. Our runners and walkers were safe on the course thanks to the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department and we are so grateful to you. All of you contributed to the proceeds benefiting ALS research at Emory University to find a cure. The total proceeds are $10,200.00! We look forward to seeing you all next year.
