  • Is this your first 5K? D3 Multisport has set up a FREE 5K training plan through Training Peaks. Follow these instructions:
    Click here to create an account: (select 'free basic')
    Then click here to get the plan:
    Sign in with your new username or password.
    Go the coupon code and enter ‘als5k’ and hit Apply. This should take you to a new page that will ask you to log into your account. Once you are redirected to your account, you can click on ‘Meal and Training Plans’ on the left side. Click on this and you’ll see your 5k Beginner Plan on the left. Emory Begins Stem Cell Trials

An Emory research team completed the initial phase of a clinical
trial series to implant stem cells into the spinal cords of adults suffering
from Lou Gehrig’s disease — the first attempt to do so in the U.S.
